Surviving are the husband, one daughter, Bertha, and one son, Claude, both at home; and a brother D. E. Peterson of Panora, Iowa.
Interment was in the Shell lake cemetery. Pallbearers were: Oscar Johnson, Albert Anderson, Philip Miller, Ray Bly, Ralph Zook and Carl Soelle.
Inez Sylvia Peterson, daughter of John and Amanda Peterson was born in Guthrie County, Iowa, December 2, 1888, where she grew to young womanhood.
On November 30, 1915 she was united in marriage to Samuel Byron Boston at Panora, Iowa. To this union was born two children.
In the spring of 1925 she came with her husband and children to Shell Lake where she has lived ever since.
Besides her husband and children and one brother, she leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her departure.
A good wife and mother, she was patient in all her sufferings. She was a member of the Shell Lake Methodist church.
