Elizabeth Ann "Libby" Stevens, 83, of Seneca, SC, formerly of Du Quoin, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca, SC.
Libby had been a waitress at Emling's Cafe in Du Quoin and a night watch person for a car dealership.
She was born January 15, 1936 at Carbondale, IL, the daughter of Truman and Annabelle (Hale) Mullins.
She is survived by five children - Pam of South Carolina, Gary of California, Terry of Illinois, Bruce and wife Tina of South Carolina, and Jimmie of Illinois, many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son - Mike Francois and two infant children.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Oakland Cemetery in Carbondale, IL.
Those attending the service are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery at Carbondale, IL.
