Kevin Michael Henry, age 45 of Ottawa, KS entered the presence of his Savior Jesus Christ Sunday, November 10, 2019.
Kevin Michael Henry was born June 4, 1974 in Kokomo, Indiana, the son of Michael Leon and Mary Anne (Fingleton) Henry.
He grew up in Kokomo and graduated from Kokomo High School in 1994. He moved to Kansas in 2000 and on May 20, 2004 he married Mandy Jo (Reese) Moss. To this union, 3 sons were born and they were married 15 years before his passing. She survives at the home.
Kevin worked in telecommunications for several years and was most recently employed at the Jet warehouse in Edgerton. Kevin had a great appreciation for all types of music. He was a drummer and enjoyed playing the guitar for his children at home. Those who knew Kevin, knew of a devoted and loyal husband, father, brother and friend. They knew of the quiet way he loved, his generosity, and his unexpected sense of humor. He was a member of the Family Church in Wellsville.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Mandy Jo of the home; 3 sons, Isaac Michael, Liam Scott and Corbin Reese Henry, all of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Mallory Anne and Clayton Clark of Wellsville; daughter, Hannah Jo Moss of Wellsville; grandchildren, Alayna Jane and Logan James; brother, Scott Henry of Lawrence; brother Shawn Snow of Estero, FL.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dana Lee.
Funeral services will be 10AM, Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Wilson's Funeral Home in Wellsville. Visitation will be 5-7PM, Friday evening, also at the funeral home.
Interment in the Wellsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kevin Henry Memorial Fund in care of Wilson's, PO Box 486, Wellsville, KS 66092.
