Ms. Rhodes was very creative and her hobbies included; drawing, writing, cooking, and listening to music – especially classic rock. She was a loving mother and had a huge heart. She loved many of her daughter’s friends as if they were her own children and loved having a house full of people. Not only did she have a love for people, but she loved animals just as much. Brenda was always the goofy one out of her brothers and sisters. She loved telling jokes, playing pranks, and could always make people laugh. For all these things she will be missed greatly.
Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Rhodes, her mother and father; Norma and Phillip B. Chandler, Sr., and her brother, Phillip B. Chandler, Jr.
She is survived by her daughter, Adrienne Bernal Ermey and husband, Jared Ermey, granddaughter, Sienna Jane Ermey, brothers and sisters; Luke (Tina) Chandler, Lane Chandler, Stacey (John) Williams, and Karen (Al) Spungen, mother and father in law, Doug and Pat Rhodes, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 16th at El Dorado Springs City Cemetery, El Dorado Springs, MO. She will be laid to rest alongside her parents and brother, Bruce.
