Martin Joseph "Marty" Miller, 57, of Perryville, died Friday, November 29, 2019 at his residence.
He was born November 22, 1962 in Perry County, Missouri to Harold J. and Irene M. (Stortz) Miller. His parents survive in Perryville, MO.
He and Alta Brake were married January 11, 2009. She survives in Perryville, MO.
He had worked for PB Construction. He was a die-hard 49ers fan and loved his classic cars. He was a very hard worker and loved the outdoors.
Other survivors include one son, Nathan J. (Amber) Miller and one daughter, Nicole (Chris) Buchheit all of Perryville; three step-daughters, Erica (Tyson) Brown, Jessica (Kenny) Timmer and Brittany Brake all of Perryville; one step-son, Jacob Walsh of Perryville; two brothers, Harold "Jimmy" (Tracy) Miller and Doug Miller both of Perryville; one sister, Susan "Sue" (Bob) Statler of Perryville; one sister-in-law Dixie Miller and ten grandchildren, Zachary, Zoey, Caroline, Blake, Jorden, Ethan, Levi, Nevaeh, Adam and Dalis.
He was preceded in death by one son, Brett LaRose; one step-daughter, Heaven Leigh Walsh and one brother, Tom Miller.
Friends may call at Ford & Young Chapel on Monday, December 2 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, December 3 from 6:30 to 9:30 am. He will then be taken to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church for funeral Mass at 10:00 am with the Rev. Rich Wehrmeyer officiating. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
