Thomas Lamb, 80, of Harrodsburg, passed away November 27, 2019 at his home. Surviving is his loving wife, Sue Lamb. He was born in Pikeville, KY on August 31, 1939 to the late Robert Lamb and Millie Moore.

Thomas served in the United States Army as a 1st Sargent for over 22 years. He fought in the Vietnam War and the Korean War where he recieved three Purple Hearts and the Silver Star Metal.

Thomas was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are two sons, Thomas Jeffery Lamb of Lancaster and Steven Lamb of Panama City, FL; four daughters, Deanna Kierstead of Orlando, FL, Debra K. Johnson of Harrodsburg, KY, Tammy, and Kristi;
three sisters, Sharon Lamb Crouse of Florida, Barbara Mullins(Dana) of Pikeville, KY, and Martha Hopkins of Ohio; two brothers, Audor Bob Lamb(JoAnn) of North Carolina, and Everett Lamb of Pikeville, KY.

Also surviving is twelve grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by five sisters, Glayds Lamb Yates, Hazel Robinson, Rocene Riley, Jackalene Newsome, and Twana Dunn; and six brothers, Corbin Moore, Astor Moore, Earl Lamb, Preston Lamb, Earnest Lamb, and Henry Lamb.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday December 3, 2019 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Darrell Hahn officiating. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery in Nicholasville
