Rhea Teresa Williams, a teacher at Crescent City Christian School, passed away peacefully. She was educated in the Orleans Parish School System and graduated from Dillard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. Daughter of Shirley B. Williams and the late Earl Williams, Sr. Sister of Earl, Jr. (Veronica), Merlin (Shawn), Alan (Estelle), Ronald, and Eliot Williams, Gaynell (Philip) Watson, Trina (Clarence) Ross and the late Kelvin Williams, also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
