Brian Matthew Terry, 20, of Lebanon, died Monday, July 16, 2007, at his home.
He was born April 15, 1987, in Belleville, Ill., to James and Sandra Handley Terry.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Archie Terry.
He was a member of Phillipsburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, the Rev. Jim and Sandy Terry, of the home; his maternal grandparents, Lavern and Doris Handley, of Lebanon; his paternal grandmother, Mary Terry, of St. Louis; a half sister, Tonya Terry, and two half brothers, Jimmy and Chris Terry, all of St. Louis.
Services for Brian Matthew Terry will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2007, at Shadel's Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Rex Childress officiating. Burial will be in the Lebanon Cemetery, under the direction of Shadel's Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel.
A memorial has been established to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
