Services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Chapel, 2739 Panama Ln., Wednesday, September, 25, at 3:00 p.m., for Delma Ellen Traver, 94, who passed away September 22, 2002 in Bakersfield. Pastor Charles Miller will officiate and interment will follow at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park.
Delma was born November 5, 1907 in Franklin, California and resided in Kern County for 25 years. She was a member of the Womans Club of Carissa Plains. She was a farmer in Carissa Plains for 40 years. Delma was a great wife, mother, grandmother who will be missed.
She is survived by her daughters, Marian L. McKinnon of Hernando, Florida; Doris E. Prince of Lake Almanor and Karen L. Linder of Bakersfield; grandchildren, Steven McKinnon, Laurie Wellington, David McKinnon, Duncan, Jack and Dan Prince, Fred and Jimmy Linder, Laura Noble, Cheryl and Diane Sandlin, and Meri Reidt. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gloria I. Wolff.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, September 25, at 9:00 a.m.
