Ann Carol Burnett, age 66, passed away in her home with her family by her side Friday, November 29, 2019 after a courageous battle of cancer. She and her husband Cleady were married in April of 1973. Ann began her career as a registered nurse with Saint Elizabeth Hospital and retired after 30 years of service from Miami Valley Hospital. She enjoyed playing golf and bowling but her most favorite passion was being a grandmother. Ann is preceded in death by her father Richard Treon. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Cleady Burnett, their sons Scott(Crystal), and Jason(Stacie)Burnett, grandchildren Dylan and Hunter; Chris, Ashlee, and Mariah, mother Doris Treon, sisters Maria(Eslie)Boles, Margie(Andy)Bayer, Debbie(Chuch)Liette, and Cathy(Marvin)Shoup, and a host of nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Miter Masonry Contractors Inc., and friends for all of their support and constant care. Family to receive friends 10:00AM Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Beavercreek Chapel; where funeral service will be held 11:30AM Tuesday, with Pastor Deb Holder officiating. Burial to follow Miami Valley Memory Garden Cemetery.
