Mrs. Dorothy Evelyn Buchanan, age 80 of Carrollton, Georgia passed away Friday, November 29, 2019.
Mrs. Buchanan was born in Connecticut on June 21, 1939, the daughter of the late James Campbell and Mamie Ruth Tudor Campbell. She was a Registered Nurse for Bremen Bowdon Investment where she was very dedicated to her patients for over 40 years. She was an avid reader, enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved her family very much.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Steve Muse of Carrollton; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Benny Denson of Marietta; brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Trish Campbell of Dahlonega, Georgia and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Jimmy, Johnny, Charlie and Stanley Campbell.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Almon Funeral Home.
