Norma Kaye Carroll was born September 15, 1961 to Youel Potts and May Helen (Justice) Potts in Hugo, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Shirley Potts. Norma married Matt Henry Carroll on December 20, 1985. She enjoyed fishing, flower gardening and going to garage sales and the casino. She also raised a garden and canned the vegetables for her family
Norma is survived by her husband Matt; son, Brandon Carroll and wife Sarah of Fort Towson, OK; daughter Jannifer Blagg of Broken Bow, OK; brothers, John Potts of Sawyer, OK, Curtis Potts and wife Pam of Hugo; sisters, Gladys Griffin and husband Greg of Pattonville, TX, Katherine Cloud and husband Ron of Sawyer, OK; grandchildren, Helen Roberts, April Roberts, Mary Elizabeth Smith, Hector Smith and Alexandria Smith.
