Born in Kershaw County, SC, Mrs. Logan was a daughter of the late Thelbert Lewis Horton Sr. and the late Ethel Eubanks Horton, and the wife of Mr. Robert Weston Logan.
She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a big Disney fan, visiting the park several times and was an avid Disney collector. She loved the Clemson Tigers. She was an avid gardener and was very generous with her vegetables. Her favorite past-times were reading and assembling puzzles. Her top priority was always taking care of her family and grandchildren. She liked to travel and take day trips, visiting all of the South Carolina State Parks twice in two years. Her peanut brittle was sought after by many. She enjoyed visiting antique tractor shows.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Weston Logan of Bishopville, SC; daughters, Donna Gail Logan (Rex "Marty" Metz, Jr.) of Florence, SC, Sandra (Barry) Catoe of Bethune, SC, Tammy (Wendell) Horton of Kershaw, SC; stepdaughter, Kathy (Mike) Mingus of Bishopville, SC; two brothers and two sisters; seven grandchildren including Savannah Leigh Catoe and Abigail Grace Catoe. She had two honorary grandchildren, Kaylee Roberts and Michaelah Wise, whom she held close to her heart; nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister.
