September 25, 1936 - November 28, 2019 Mr. Carl Douglas Webb, Sr., 83, of Waco, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019, at his home.
Mr. Webb was born in Estill County, Kentucky on September 25, 1936 to the late Russell C. and Anna Richardson Webb. He was a retired Road Supervisor for Madison County as well as a life-long farmer.
Survivors include: his wife, Ann Terry Webb; three sons, Randall, Anthony and Wallace Webb; one daughter, Helen Webb Smith; two sisters, Christine Webb Farmer, and Mary Jo Webb Alley; 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: one son Carl Douglas Webb, Jr.; one daughter, Rebecca Webb; four brothers, David Earl, Bobby, Edwin and Glen Webb; and one sister, Deborah Kay Webb.
The family has chosen private services under the direction of the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home.
