Myron Eric Nelson was born on January 16, 1966 to the
union of Mozelle and Elijah Nelson in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Myron played the guitar in his younger years at church. He continued
to playoff and on as a hobby and also began selling and trading
guitars as a hobby. Myron was a no-nonsense type of guy who would
tell you what he felt whether you liked it or not. He was the youngest
of seven children but packed a powerful influence in the family.
Myron graduated from Washington High School in 1985. Myron
was employed at JL Marcus as a supervisor. He then worked at the
United States Postal Service as a delivery driver until he became
disabled and had to retire early. He went on to attend Waukesha
Technical College soon after his retirement.
Myron loved life and his family; he was blessed with two daughters,
Shanika and Myrianna. Myron loved his children and was very
protective of them. He was there for everyone whenever he was
needed and would do whatever he could for you.
Myron departed this life on March 30, 2018. He was preceded in
death by his father, Elijah Nelson; mother, Mozelle Nelson; and
other dear aunts and uncles.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his daughters, Shanika and
Myrianna; step daughters, Jessika, Cydney and Cortney; one brother,
Enos (Gizella); five sisters, Zelma (James), Linda (Raymond),
Sandra (James), Portia and Valerie; cousin, Eugene Nelson, Jr.; dear
friend, Paula Brookens; close friends, Will Anderson and Ronnie
Butler; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews,
cousins and friends.
