He was born October 22, 1958 in Cookeville to the late Tom and Marilyn Watts.
He was a factory worker, a devoted Pa-Pa and an avid Nascar and UT Vols fan.
He is survived by his better half, Belinda Williams; stepson, George Hannah, Jr.; stepdaughter, Cassie Williams; three step grandchildren, all of Trumann; one brother, Mark (Puggs) Watts and wife Donna; a host of nieces and nephews; and a long-time friend, Danny McCormick, all of Cookeville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Diane Horn.
Funeral services for Mr. Phillip Thomas Watts were held Sunday, December 1, 2019, at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Bro. Harold Walker officiating. Interment followed at Crest Lawn Cemetery.
