Judith "Judy" Nell Ross March 01, 1948 ~ November 25, 2019
Judith "Judy" Nell Ross, 71, of Dardanelle, went home to be with The Lord Monday, November 25, 2019 at Conway Regional Medical Center. The daughter of Garland and Louise (Owens) Thomas, she was born March 1, 1948 in Conway. She married Donald Lee Ross on May 31, 1968 at Conway. She was an elementary school teacher for 26 years with the Ola and Plainview School Districts and later the Two Rivers School District. She was a member of the Russellville First Assembly of God where she served as secretary for the Sunday school classes and was also a member of the Christ's Ambassadors. She was an excellent cook, using her talent to prepare potlucks and bereavement meals for church members. Her hobbies included collecting teddy bears and she was an avid razorback fan. She especially enjoyed spending time with family. She will be remembered as loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Kenneth Lloyd Thomas; and sister, Glenda Thomas.

Survivors include her loving husband of 51 years, Donald Ross of Dardanelle; daughter, Melody Dawn (Ross) Partridge and husband David; grandson, Jacob David Partridge, all of New Blaine; three nephews, Brandon Scott Thomas Weisenfels and wife Monica of Jonesboro, David Thomas and wife Karenanna of Mayflower and Ben Hankins of Dover; niece, Gina Milloway of North Carolina cousins, Pam Glenn Lemley and husband Charles, Reba Owens, Danny Owens, Maxine Coble, Kelly Coble, Clyde McMoran and wife Mary, all of Conway, Regina West and husband Walt of South Caroline, and Sybil Rimlinger of Conway; three sisters-in-law, Beverly Herring of Mayflower, Suella Bratton and husband Harmon of Ozark, and Ida Rosa Chisum and husband Norman of Dover; and 15 great-nieces and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 9:30-10:30AM, on Friday, at Russellville First Assembly of God.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30AM, Friday, November 29, 2019 at Russellville First Assembly of God. Rev. Ronnie Morris and Rev. Mike Norberg will officiate. Burial will be at Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle by Humphrey Funeral Service.

Pallbearers are Kelly Coble, David Thomas, Clyde McMoran, Paul Nordin, Gary Rowlands, and Henry Hankins. Honorary pallbearers are Russellville First Assembly Board Members, Judy’s Sunday School Class, River Valley Christian School Board, Two Rivers Faculty, and members of the Hector High School Class of 1964.
