Mr. Billy Bell, 76, a resident of Union City, died Monday evening at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 3:00 pm Wednesday at Obion County Memorial Gardens with Brother Terry Council officiating. The family will receive friends at White-Ranson Funeral Home from 1:30 - 2:45 on Wednesday.
Family and friends will serve a pallbearers.
Mr. Bell was born June 25, 1943 in Obion County to the late John Earnest and Virginia Ruth (Insco) Bell. He married Brenda Faye (Harris) Bell on June 18, 1966. She survives. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City and was director at the Union City Water Department for 44 years.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Bell of Union City; two sons, Bill (Shanda) Bell of Cumming, GA., Mark (DeAnna) Bell of Union City; three grandchildren, Thomas Bell of Cumming, GA., Abby Bell of South Fulton, Mendi Scarborough of Union City; three brothers, Roy Wayne Bell of Lakeland, FL., Loyd (Jo) Bell of Dresden, John ( Marty) Bell of Lebanon, TN.; two sisters, Judy (Wayne) Mosley of Mt. Airy, NC., Kay Pruitt of Mauldin, SC.
He is preceded in death by two brothers, Gerald (Jim) Bell and Kenny Bell; two sisters, Dorothy Bell Forrester as Letha Bell Carter.
