Lori Marie Dowling Clark

Lori Clark died Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 11:58 AM. at St Luke's Hospital/Medical Center in Houston, Texas after a lengthy illness.

She is survived by her husband, Brandon D. Clark and son, 2 1/2 years, Braedon D. Clark.  She is also survived by her father, Richard L. Dowling, Spring, Tx., Mother and her husband, Debbie & Keith Thedford, Montgomery, Tx., Brother & his wife, Bobby L. & Carolyn Dowling, Ft. Worth, Tx., stepbrother, Kass Thedford, Longview, Tx., Special Aunt,  Debbie Whitmore and Lori's two special cousins/sisters, Nikki Duncan and Tara Herkert.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Karl & Marie Herkert and her paternal grandparents, Woodrow & Lillian Dowling.  She's also preceded in death by her Mother-in-law, Brenda Clark-Guillory.  She is further survived by her husband's grandmother, Mae Rencher, father & his wife, Derek & Cathy Gunter, and his two brothers, Charles Guillory and Alvin Clark. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends also mourn Lori's passing.

Lori graduated from Klein HS, Spring, Tx and Sam Houston University, Huntsville, Tx. with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  Lori was also a licensed real estate agent.  She was very happilymarried with a "miracle"  2 1/2 yr old son, Brae, who was the absolute joy of her life.

Lori's passions were cooking for others and relationships with people.  She would do anything for anyone and had a heart as big as Texas.  She had a bubbly personality and always,
 a smile on her face.

Lori LOVED her family with all of her heart.  She couldn't wait to see everyone for the holidays every year!  She made new friends everywhere she went; she never met a stranger.

Lori heard the Gospel and through faith, asked Jesus Christ to come into her life, as her Savior and her Lord.

She will be extremely missed and forever loved by her family and friends.

We LOVE you, Lori and so look forward to seeing you again in the Eternal Kingdom.
