Pamela Sue Hudgins Chase, 65, 0f Vienna, passed away November 22, 2019 at her residence. She was born July 23, 1954, in Parkersburg, the daughter of the late, William F. Hudgins and Irma Donna Ankrom Hudgins.

Pamela graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1972, with 12 years of perfect attendance for which she always took great pride. She graduated from X-Ray Technology School at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, and also graduated from Salem College, later becoming Department Head of the X-Ray Department at CCMH. Some of her greatest joys were her grandchildren, peaceful times traveling with her husband, and her family dogs.

She is survived by her step-children, Michael Chase and Nichole Raynor (Jimmy); two step-grandchildren, Madison Hayes and James William Raynor; one brother, Fred Hudgins of Walker and nieces Erin H. Branham (Dave) and Kristen Hudgins; nephew, Ryan W. Hudgins (Samantha) and several great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Scott Chase, MD; grandparents, William B. and Emily Bruch Huggins and J. Donley and Sara H. Tefft Ankrom.

A private memorial service for the family will be held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services in Vienna.
