He was born October 16, 1949 in Niles, MI to the late Lester and Mildred Kelley. On May 28, 1999, Steven married Marsha Runnels in Nashville, TN.
Steven is survived by his wife, Marsha; children, Steven Kelley Jr., Tami (Jason) Kitchell, John (Melissa) Kelley; stepdaughter, Laurie (Patrick) Klingerman; Siblings, Ruth Ann (Merle) Timze, Eddie (Colleen) Kelley, Tom (Leah Ann) Kelley; grandchildren, Joseph, Cody, Kyle, Alexander, Tyler, Madelyn, Brittney, Dona-Jade; and 5 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Mildred; brothers, Johnny Kelley, Len Kelley; and sister, Evelyn Tolhurst.
Celebration of Steven’s life will be held by the family at 2 pm on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Church of God Full Gospel, 1013 Cass St., Niles, MI 49120. There will be a dinner following at Fraternal Order of Eagles, 34 Sycamore St., Niles, MI 49120. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
