Larry Wendell Shepherd age 72 of Dardanelle passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019 at UAMS in Little Rock. He was bon May 10, 1947 at Oneida, Tennessee to the late Lewis and Wilma Childers Shepherd. He was a United States Army Veteran, a Court Reporter for 40 years and a member of the Dardanelle First Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Nathan Shepherd - Memorial #90703488 and one brother, Ronald Shepherd.
Survivors include his wife, Marty Shepherd of Dardanelle; three children, Daniel Shepherd (Amanda) of Alma, Becky Carroll (Kevin) of Farmington, Laura Vaughn (Rick) of Dardanelle; one sister, Phyllis Mann (Terry) of Kentucky and five grandchildren, Tyson Shepherd of Alma, Slade McCullough, Allie McCullough both of Farmington, Kara Vaughn and Mylee Vaughn both of Dardanelle.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask to please have memorial donations sent to Dardanelle First Presbyterian Church, 200 North Second Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00A.M., Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the Dardanelle First Presbyterian Church.
