CONNER, MARIE ANN, 85, Northern Cambria passed away November 14, 2019. Born March 09, 1934 in Bakerton, the daughter of Silvio and Anna (Kutsick) Amateis. Preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Merle Conner who died in 2017; brothers Louis and Charles Amateis. She is survived by her children Paula (Charles) Land, Northern Cambria; Brian (Jan Manson) Conner, Frederick, MD; Jennifer (Daniel) Kirsch, Northern Cambria; and Patricia (Nicole Gardill) Conner, Monroeville. Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Marie retired from Miners’ Hospital as a Nursing Supervisor. Marie was also a founding member of the Spangler Recreation Commission. Friends and family will be received from 4:00- 7:00, Monday, November 18, 2019 at Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Prince of Peace Catholic Chapel, Northern Cambria, PA. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. The family wishes to express the deepest appreciation to all the caregivers and hospice who cared for Marie over the years.
