RITES FOR LT. D. R. GOOD
About 400 persons attend the services in Parkville.

Services for Lt. Donald Ray Good were attended by about 400 persons yesterday at the Parkville Community church.
Lieutenant Good, a naval reserve pilot, died last Tuesday in a burning jet plane which crashed near Rockland, Mass. He waved back three would-be rescuers because he feared they might be harmed.
He was reared in Parkville and met his wife, the former Miss Nancy Jane Hook, there. Lieutenant Good, who had moved to Natick, Mass., was well known in Parkville.
In the brief services, the Rev. James R. Belt, Jr., read the Twenty-third Psalm and parts of the eighth chapter of Romans. “The Holy City” was sung by Paul Fink. Naval services, conducted by an honor guard from the Olathe Naval air station, were held at the East Slope Cemetery.
