Nelda R Anderson, 83, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Friday, November 23, 2019 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Magee, Mississippi. She was born Sunday, April 5, 1936.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, November 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Dry Creek Baptist Church in Magee. The Burial will follow in Dry Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Joe Metts, Bro. Charles Ray Burnham, and Shelby Colson will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031
Mrs. Anderson was a member of Dry Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by husband, Louis Anderson; parents, John and Geneva Garner; son, Toney Anderson; daughter, Deborah Anderson; brothers, Willard Garner, Bob Garner, and Kenneth Garner; sisters, Eugene Cooper, Irene Cooper, Sue Bishop, and Elner Kennedy.

Survivors include daughters, Patty Creel (Mike) and Kim Jacobs (Joey); brother, Tom Garner (Betty Jo); sister, Fay Anderson; 6 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tucker Varnes, Tyler Varnes, Austin Creel, Austin Shows, Michael Brown, and Marcus Brown
