ROSE HILL-Sand, Beverly Ann 83, passed away Oct. 21, 2018 due to complications after surgery. Her funeral will be at St. Vincent de Paul, Friday, Oct. 26, 10:30 a.m. She is preceded in death by husband, Leroy E. Sand and daughter, Rita Sand. She is survived by her sons, Chris (Donna), Howard (Stephanie), Hank (Kristy); daughter, Sharon (Scott); 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Bev Smith was born in Akron OH, June 5, 1935. She graduated from St. Mary's Cathedral H.S. in Wichita and met Leroy, whom she married in 1954. Bev was a Girl Scout for 75 yrs and volunteered for many organizations. She was an avid nature lover and devout Catholic. She is deeply missed but we know she is now with the Lord. Donations may be made to The Lord's Diner.
