BANGS - O.B. Johnson 86 of Bangs, died at 6:35 p.m. Monday at a Bangs nursing home.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Davis-Morris Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. C.J. Coffman officiating. Burial will be in East Sweden Cemetery in McCulloch County.
Johnson, a resident of Brown County for 30 years, was born Aig. 17, 1894 in Bosque County. He was married to STELLA (MARKHAM) JOHNSON on Dec. 23, 1934, in Brady. He was a World War I veteran, a carpenter and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, a son; ALFRED T. JOHNSON of Early; three daughters, MRS. LINA (JOHNSON) GRAVES of Early, MRS JANET (JOHNSON) EOFF of Brownwood, and MRS. EDNA MAE (JOHNSON) NELSON of Brady; a brother, Carl Johnson of Odessa; seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
