Funeral services will be Wednesday for Mrs. Sarah McConnell Karamus, wife of Vincent J. Karamus. 200 S. Lowell av., who died yesterday after a long illness. Rites will be in the Carl J. Ballweg funeral home, 731 James st., at 8:30 A.M. and at 9:00 A.M. in St. Patrick's Church, where a Solemn High Mass of Requiem will be celebrated. Burial will be in St Agnes' Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 P.M. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 P.M. tomorrow. Mrs. Karamus was a native of Tully and a member of St. Patrick's Church. Surviving, besides her husband, are two daughters, Barbara A. and Joan B.; her mother, Mrs. Kathryn L. McConnell: four sisters, Mrs. Lawrence Michel,
