Eugene Harris Clark, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend of many, gained his wings November 18, 2019. Mr. Clark, also known as Mr. Clarkie, Clark, and Bubby, was born May 11, 1935 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania the son of the late Horace and Lucy (Stone) Clark. He was a member of the United States Air Force serving in the Korean War. He was stationed at the Clinton County Air Force Base where he met his wife Marilyn McKee-Clark. Mr. Clark retired from New Sabina Industries and was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. Post 6710 in Wilmington. He was baptized and joined the choir at Second Baptist Tabernacle, now the Bible Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Clark loved his family and friends and was known by many as “the friendly man sitting on the porch and waving to everyone”. He loved listening to the Blues, going to the casino, and watching his favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers. But most of all he loved family gatherings, and visits from friends. Mr. Clark is survived by four daughters, Rhonda Clark of Xenia, Linda Clark of Wilmington, Sue Logan of Wilmington, and Delores Geegbae of Sterling, Virginia; two sons, Timothy E. Clark of Columbus, and David Nelson Logan of Kingston, New York; along with several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mr. Clark loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. In addition to his parents, Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his wife Marilyn McKee-Clark; daughters, Sandra Clark and Deborah Logan Woodruff; granddaughter Carla Logan; grandsons Kyle Ford and Eric Logan; sisters Marie Clark and Sadie Parker; and brothers, David Clark, Patterson Clark, and Earl Clark. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 25, 2019 at Bible Missionary Baptist Church, 243 Grant Street, Wilmington, Ohio 45177. Rev. Kurtis Summerville will officiate. Burial will follow in Clinton Memory Gardens
