Tim was born in Hoboken, New Jersey in 1956. He proudly served in the US Navy from 1982 until his retirement in 2008, followed by working for Vertex Aerospace from 2008 to 2019. Tim was also a parishioner at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church from 2005 to 2019.
He is predeceased by his father, Martin Carr.
Survivors include his wife, Monique Carr; sons, Louis and Daniel Carr; mother, Rita Stauffer; brothers, Kevin, Joseph, and Christopher Carr; sisters, Michelle and Elizabeth Carr; and many cousins.
