Kevin John Reed, 64, of Winfield, MO, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 19, 2019. He was born on May 9, 1955 in St. Louis, MO and adopted into the family of John and Virginia Reed. Kevin came to faith in Jesus Christ at age 7. Kevin and Sandy (Dahlin) were college sweethearts, it was love at first sight. They were married on May 28, 1977 at Fee Fee Baptist Church in St. Louis, MO. To this union were born 11 children; Jenna, John, Justin, Joel, Jordan, James, Joseph, June, JoAnne, Joy and Julie. Kevin worked as a Storage Products Manager at Weise USA in St. Louis for 23 years. He worked hard, loved well and was a godly man. The family attends Troy First Baptist Church and Kevin was in the church choir.
He is survived by his beloved family; wife Sandy Reed of Winfield, children; Jenna Churnock, Paul Churnock and their children; Andrew, Elle and Max, John and wife Suzanna Reed and their children; John and David, Justin Reed and Robin Reed and children; Jacob and Charlotte, Joel and wife Mandy Reed, Jordan and wife Olivia Reed, James Reed and Ashley Harrison, Joseph Reed, June Reed, JoAnne Reed, Joy Reed and Julie Reed, one sister: Sharon and husband Jim Caron of Michigan and father in law Bill Dahlin and wife Ann, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents and mother in law. He will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved him.
