Mr. Hudson passed away early Tuesday in Decaturville. He was born July 3, 1943 in Memphis, TN to the late William Howard Taft Hudson and Beulah Inetha Plunk Hudson. He was a retired janitor at Scotts Hill School and a constable for Henderson County. He also worked at Century Electric and American Battery in Lexington. He loved coon hunting and his favorite dog, Ol’ Dan, loved his family and pulling pranks on them and his friends, and he liked horses.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Judith Doyle Hudson; a brother, William Taft Hudson; and a sister, Gloria Patricia Hudson.
Survivors include his daughter, Angeline Marie Hudson; three brothers, Larry Hudson (Wilma), Jerry Hudson (Brenda), and Dwight Hudson (Carolyn); two sisters, Jimmie Tucker (Terry) and Karen Woodard (Randell); three grandchildren, Benjamin Hudson, Shawn Mizen, and Charles Mizen; and a host of nieces and nephews.
