ELON - Funeral services for Mr. Michael Bernard Patrick will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from the sanctuary of Saint John AME Church in Gibsonville, North Carolina at 1 PM. The family will greet friends 30 minutes prior to the services and all of the times they will be at 2700 Barton Court, Elon, NC. The public viewing will be held on Monday from 1 PM until 9 PM at the funeral home and the interment will follow the services in the church cemetery.
Michael was born September 8, 1956 to Spencer Lee Patrick and Frances Guy Patrick.
He was the owner and operator of Patrick's Professional Cleaning Services. He was a devoted member and chairman of the trustee board of St. John's AME Church.
Those left to cherish his memory or his wife Janice a Patrick; his daughter Shamia Cobb (Robbie); stepdaughter Denise Pinnix Cobb (Michael); one grandson: Iverson Cobb; three step-grandchildren: Devarea Pinnix, Bianica Cheek and Julius Cheek; five great-grandchildren; eight siblings; David Patrick (Kathy), George Patrick (Angel), Jerry Patrick (Kim), Della Patrick (Larry), Kathy Whitsett, Gloria Patrick, Mary Henry and Terrie Johnson (Ronald);one stepsister Robin Ann Pinnix as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, co-workers and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Emory Michael Cobb.
