A native of Oconee County, Mr. Neal was the son of Melvin Jubee and Ruth Wilson Neal. He was a member of Cottoneye Joe’s Country Dancing and Olonoy Dance. He was of the Church of God faith.
Mr. Neal is survived by sons, Robbie L. Neal and Bobby Ray Neal, both of Pickens, and Lloyd Kenneth Neal of Central; daughter, Rebecca A. Moore; brothers, Floyd M. Neal of Pickens; sisters, Rosa Edwards of Easley and Janie Anders of Pickens; nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
