MISHAWAKA-Tracy Lynn Carter, 47, died on Tuesday at her home.

She is survived by daughters, Carolann (Justin Fair) Benson of Mishawaka and Sascha Michelle (Michael) Elkins of South Bend; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; & sisters, Laura Snow & Maria Armstrong both of North Liberty & Shelia Dombrowski of South Bend.

Memorial services will be 7 PM Friday at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave, South Bend where friends may visit from 4-7 PM. Memorial contributions may be made to Palmer Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at www.palmerfuneralhomes.com.
