Carl Edward Webb, 84, of Harrisburg, Arkansas departed this life Saturday, November 16, 2019 at his home. He was born May 6, 1935 in Maddison, AR the son of Ott and Marie (Davis) Webb. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Janet Webb, one brother, Charles Webb, one grandson, Brian Higginbotham, and stepfather, Jess Kimble. Carl was a very active person in his lifetime, after finishing high school he joined the U. S. Air Force and finished his service time in November 1961. In service he was a Fire Pro Specialist and is listed in the Fireman Hall of Fame in Guam. Part of his life back home was working for John Deere and after retiring in 2007 he enjoyed gardening, making wooden walking canes, and spending time with family and friends. Carl is part of the Three Trees Cowboy Church in Wynne. He is survived by his wife, Becky of the home in Harrisburg, one son, Christopher (Leah) Webb, two daughters: Julie Webb and Rebecca (David) Armstrong, four brothers: Jerry (Lavada) Kimble of Mountain Home, Jesse (Willie) Kimble, of Illinois, Tommy (Becky) Kimble, and Buddy Roach both of Harrisburg, four sisters: Charlene Vaden, Lorraine Cook, Mary (Dejaun) Brown, Helen Priddy, and sister-in-law, Wanda Webb, all of Harrisburg, eight grandchildren: Britney Higginbotham, Shawn (Haley) Williams, Jason Williams, Kimberly (George) Keating, Amanda (Alex) Eppes, Seth Eppes, Josh (Melanie) Armstrong, Sam (Hunter) Wood, and nine great-grandchildren: Haley, Brooke, and Ethan Higginbotham, Avery Williams, Andrianna and Cole Keating, Olivia and Lane Armstrong, and Eli Wood. Bro. Tracy Wilson will conduct the service and these men will serve as pallbearers: Seth Eppes, Justin Kimble, Jeremy Kimble, Franklin Kimble, Matt Brazile, Ira Harkenrider, Steven Brown, Josh Armstrong, and Richard Kimble. Funeral services are 2:00 Monday, November 18, 2019 at Jackson’s Funeral Home Chapel with visitation Sunday from 5:00~8:00. Interment will be in Harrisburg Memorial Park
