He was born Saturday, February 10, 1951 in Gainesboro, Tennessee to the late Earl "Cotton" Allen and Reba Brown Allen.
Tommy was retired from McCord Winn. He loved to deer hunt and fish. He dearly loved his church family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Patrick Allen.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Faye Allen; 3 sons, Michael (Kathy) Flatt of Cookeville, Jeff (Kristy) Allen of Celina, and Scott (Elizabeth) Allen of Cookeville; daughter, Missy (Jamie) Martin of Cookeville;
10 grandchildren, Michael Allen, Kourtney Martin, Kassidy Allen, Haven Martin, Austin Allen, Phillip Allen, Josh Jenkins, Brittany Boone, Kloe Hickman, and Katelyn Allen; 2 great grandchildren, Eston and Emry Allen; sister, Beverly Forkum of Michigan; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Allen were held Tuesday, November 19th, 2019, with Pastors Greg Canada and Sam Walden officiating. Interment followed in Union Hill Flatt Cemetery.
