Burris, 83, for many years a resident of Johnson County, quietly passed away at his home near Sussex on last Thursday evening, funeral services being held in Buffalo on Sunday and conducted by Rev. Ollis of the Congregational church. For many years, deceased was a familiar figure in Buffalo, but of late years he has resided in Sussex. Besides his wife, he leaves 4 children, Tom, Homer, Price and Mrs. Cora Cooper. He also leaves one brother and 14 grandchildren, to all of whom the Bulletin extends its sympathy.
