Aaron is survived by his mother, Cathy, of Murphy, NC; two sisters, Amy (John) Prcela of Blissfield, MI., and Megan (Tamara Hill) Keefer of Saline, MI; his grandmother, Darlene (Keefer) Smith of Blissfield, MI; two nephews; and one niece.
He is preceded in death by his father and his grandparents, Lyle Keefer, Michael Smith, and Rolland (Willadean) Cady.
Aaron was an honest, kind-hearted, hardworking man who loved his family and had a soft spot for animals. He left the world a better place than when he found it. His passions were languages and researching his family history.
Family and friends will be celebrating his life with food and fellowship at Cerno's in Elmwood on Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A private burial of ashes will be held at Elmwood Township Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association and the Huron Valley Humane Society.
