Wanda Howle Hawkins, 83, of New Boston, Texas passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019 at a De Kalb, Texas care facility.
Wanda was born December 12, 1935 in Quitman, Texas to Fowler and Stessel Ross Howle. She was a retired Assistant Vice President of the State Bank of De Kalb and a member of the American Business Women's Association. Wanda was a member of First Baptist Church in New Boston, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lamar Hawkins; one sister, Marcine White; three brothers, Billy Howle, Norris Howle, and DeWayne Howle; one stepbrother, Grady Cranfill; and a stepmother, Kate Howle.
