Daniel A. Gray, Sr. 74 of Haskell, OK died at his home on November 14. 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born January 21, 1945 to Albert (Ab) & Francis (Fannie) Teague - Gray in Porterville, CA.

He was in service of our country 3 years in the Army National Guard, then 3 years in The Army Air Corps.

He began his working career at an early age at the cotton gin in Webbers Falls. He was very proud of his few cents / hour wage. He then worked in the aircraft industry for over 30 years earning several college certificates of completion, ending with retirement from McDonald Douglas in Tulsa, OK when the plant closed in 1994. He continued working as carpenter and handy man for several years as well as care giver for his father-in-law & other family when required.

He was preceded in death by his parents,
2 brothers (Preston & Stanley Gray);
6 sisters Pauline & husband Scotty Meeder, Thelma & husband Hugh Scarberry, Delores & husband Cleo Ray, Alberta Weaver, Nellie Hyslope and Artie Mae Green;
1 grandson Casey Levi Hayes, &
1 Great Grandson Jessie Levi Parker.

He is survived by his loving wife Elaine Gray of Haskell,
4 children Angelia & Chris Bowley of Ft. Gibson & their
4 children, Cynthia & Chris Ferland of Tahlequah & their
4 children, Daniel Gray, Jr (D. J.) of Webbers Falls & 1 daughter (String Bean), Tracy & Paula Hayes of Park Hill & their 8 children, 29 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, outlaws & dear friends.

Viewing will be held prior to the funeral service from 1130 am-12:30 pm at the First Baptist Church in Haskell, Oklahoma.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Haskell, Oklahoma with Pastor Shane Weaver and Pastor Gary McKeen, officiating.

Interment will follow at 4:30 pm at Vaught Cemetery in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma.

Services are under the direction of Integrity Funeral Service in Henryetta, Oklahoma.
