Tammy Rose Upchurch Hudson, 59, of Sophia, died Friday, November 15, 2019, at The Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
Tammy was born in Henderson, NC, and she resided in Greensboro in her younger years until moving to Randleman, where she resided most of her life.
Tammy graduated from Dudley Senior High School in 1978, and later on acquired her CNA license, and received two associates degrees in business from RCC. Tammy cared for everyone she came in contact with. She had a very loving and nurturing soul. Tammy was loved deeply by her family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Molly Faye Stamey; father, Willard Upchurch Sr.; and stepfather, Dillard Ray Stamey Jr.
Surviving are her daughters, Tanya Stiltner, Amber Hudson; sister, Jennifer Simpson; brothers, Billy Upchurch and wife Cathy, Tony Upchurch; grandchildren, Karey Carter, Jaxson Cox, Karley Cox,; and many nieces and nephews.
