On September 30, 1961, he married E. Lucille Stacy (Jenkins).
He enjoyed preaching, fishing, and UK Basketball.
Donald is survived by his loving Wife of 58 years, Lucille; Daughter, Penny Carter; Grandchildren, Brandon Stacy, Adam Stacy, Amanda (Preston) DeBusk, Kassie (Jacob) Corwin; Great Grandchildren, Kayla, Dylan, Emma, Adalynn Gwendolyn, Preston, and Amelia; Niece, Sandra "Tiny" Platz and Daughter, Stacie.
He was preceded in death by his Parents, Sam and Mary Stacy; Children, Donald "Dickie" Stacy, Jr., Cheryl McKenzie, and Samuel Stacy; 1 brother; and 3 sisters.
Visitation will be held Sunday, November 17, 2019, from 6-8 pm at Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 18, 2019, 1 pm at the Newcomer Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. 45432).
Interment immediately after at Byron Cemetery.
