Funeral services for Hazel Jackson will be conducted Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the Hillside Church of God with Rev. Paul Baker and Rev. Larry Glover officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Hillside Church of God on Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 2:00 pm until the service hour.
Hazel was born in Milledgeville on July 27, 1924 to the late Lewis Kent Allen and the late Julia Nolan Allen.
Along with her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Jackson, and two daughters, Judy Fednander and Mary Katherine Allen.
Hazel was a lifelong resident of Baldwin County, and retired as a Health Services Technician with Central State Hospital. She was a member of Hillside Church of God.
Hazel is survived by: her daughter, Hazel Lorene Allen Carter (& Tim) of Swainsboro ; her son, Wiley Allen (& Eula) of Milledgeville ; her sister, Mary Cooper of Milledgeville ; 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
The family has requested, that those who wish, make Memorial Contributions to the Hillside Church of God, 102 Hwy 24 East, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
