Frank Wissinger, 81, 5031 Apperson Way N., died unexpectedly at his home at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Born in Miami County, Oct 18, 1881, in Miami County, he was the son of William and Salome (Cotterman) Wissinger. On Sept. 7, 1901, he was married to Nellie Schaeffer, who preceded him in death in 1931, on July 1, 1934, he was married to Letta Grant, who survives. A member of St. Luke's EUB Church, he was the last survivor of a family of five children. For the last 20 years, he had spent the winter in Florida. Surviving with the widow are two sons, Kenneth and Russell Wissinger, Flint, Mich.; a daughter, Mrs. Martha Alder of Adamsboro; two step-children, Robert Grant and Mrs. Nick (Dorothy) Kirkpatrick, both of Kokomo. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Peacock Funeral Home wit the Rev. Ivan Wood officiating. Burial will be in Deer Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Monday.
