Jeff was not just a son, brother, father he was a great friend and had the best spirit. Iceman, as he liked to be called, enjoyed a healthy lifestyle, karate and being outdoors and most of all being around his family. In 2014 Jeff became ill and was diagnosed with MS. Every day you could see his character and strength - he could be having a bad day but all he wanted to do was make you smile and laugh. He was blessed with the best care giver ever Joaqunita Robinson (Kita) who was by his side to the very end.
He transitioned peacefully on Thursday, October 31, 2019 at his home in Florissant, MO. Preceding him in death was his father Ellis D. Richards.
He leaves to cherish his memories: Dorothy Richards his mother, April Davis (sister), Dorthea Wilson (aunt), his children Taki M. Richards and Jazmine Richards, a niece, nephew and other family and friends.
