Born May 9, 1938 in New Castle, she was the daughter of John and Mary (McIltrot) Sarbo.
She is survived by her husband, James Clarence Kradel, Sr.
Carol studied to be a medical transcriptionist and was employed with A.T.&T. in the relay center as a telecommunicator.
In her younger years, Carol loved to play softball and to bowl. She was an avid bingo player and enjoyed collecting teapots and Beanie Babies and frequenting the casinos.
She was a member of Neshannock Presbyterian Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Terry Kradel of New Castle; one brother, David J. Sarbo of New Castle; one sister, Shirley M. Jones of New Castle.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, James C. Kradel, Jr.; and one grandson, Corey Kradel.
Burial will be in Castle View Cemetery.
