Judith was born on April 25, 1964 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Lola Strickland. She had worked as a professional painter for a number of years and enjoyed drawing, crafting and refurbishing furniture. She was Church of God by Faith.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Carroll of fourteen years, daughters, Christine Lee Norton, Carrollton, Georgia, Brandi Burton, Nashville, Tennessee, Brittany Venable, Villa Rica, stepson, William Carroll and step daughter, Felicia Arnell, Whitesburg, Georgia, extended generations.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The family will receive friends at J. Collins Funeral Home on Thursday, November 14, 2019 from 11:00 until 1:00 p.m. prior to the service at 1:00 p.m.
Following the service and in accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated.
