December 20, 1931 ~ November 10, 2019
Charlene Lee, 87, passed away November 10, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. She was born December 20, 1931 to her parents, John and Mary Evelyn Randles.
Her passing came quite suddenly but we were given the gift of a few hours with her. With her family around her, we shared memories and she quoted scripture and shared with us all the things she had been thankful for, from family to nature to having a bed to sleep in. We sang hymns and prayed over her when she could no longer speak, and it was the sweetest but hardest few hours of our lives. We were so blessed to have had the best Mom, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Sister as a role model in our lives.
Survived by her children, Diane Kolendo, son, Jerry Lee, grand children, great-grand children, her sister, Carolyn Kay and nephew, along with many extended family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Joe Dan Lee in 1992, married 42 years and by her daughter, Pamela Turk in 1988. Also, preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Robert Randles.
The graveside service will be in the Court of Reflections at Restland in Dallas, Texas...RFH
