Samantha Mae Suzanne Jacobs Age 20, of Clare passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017. Cremation has taken place and there will be a celebration of life on Saturday, December 16 at the Grant Township Hall in Clare between 2 and 6pm. Samantha was born Aug. 24, 1997 the daughter of Larry Jacobs and Michelle Shea. She was involved in modeling, was an artist, was known for being independent, and enjoyed working on cars. Samantha is survived by her father Larry (Vermalee) Jacobs of Clare; her mother Michelle (Todd) Furlong; her brothers Larry, Eric, Kyle, and David Jacobs, Joe Paisley, and Ryan Thompson; her sisters Shawna Houser, Kathy Peek, and Kristine Thompson; her grandparents Amanda (Tom) Taylor of Clare and Judd (Suzanne) Shea of Clare; father figure John Smith; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Samantha is preceded by her angel baby and grandparents Harold and Mary Jacobs.
